AKITT, SWANSON + PEARCE ARCHITECTS INC. is led by principals David MJ Pearce and Kevin McCluskey and currently maintains a staff of 17, including 5 licensed architects, 4 graduate/intern architects, 6 architectural technologist, and 2 support staff.

AS+P has proven successful experience in the design and construction of complex new build facilities, addition and renovation projects, architectural interiors, and tenant fit-up.  We are experienced with all forms of project delivery including traditional design/bid/build, design/build, construction management, and project management.  

The firm is a leader in sustainable design.  Even before LEED, AS+P was incorporating green initiatives into our designs.  Many of our current projects target LEED including gold and platinum levels.  David and several of our staff members are LEED Accredited Professionals.
