Annett Summers is an internationally trained Architect from Germany, who graduated in 1998, and immigrated to Canada in 2005. Since immigrating Annett has been working with AS+P in a senior position on a variety of projects ranging from corporate to institutional.  Her previous experience in Germany included numerous institutional projects such as sports halls, and secondary schools. 

At AKITT, SWANSON + PEARCE ARCHITECTS INC., Annett has functioned as Senior Associate on many of the firms most complex projects.  She has been involved in all facets of architectural projects including: design development; interior design; in-house production of working drawings; consultant coordination; as well as overseeing the construction administration phase.  Extremely knowledgeable, details oriented, thorough, Annett is an asset to any project.

Annett has recently completed the construction administration on the First Meadowvale Centre in Mississauga, a 10 storey 250,000 sf corporate office tower, one of AS+P’s largest and most complex projects to date. This sizable project was fast-tracked through a 2 year documentation and construction phase, and its success is in no small part due to Annett’s involvement and the relationships she has built with the client and the construction trades.

She is currently project architect for the City of Kawartha Lakes Lindsay Recreation Complex, nearing completion, as well as project architect on our Siemens office project in Oakville, currently beginning construction.
