AS+P were retained by this small plastics injection moulding company located on a high exposure site on the south side of the QEW in west Mississauga.

The original 1960s industrial building did not properly express the dynamic nature of the company now owned by the 2 sons of the original founder. It required a significant exterior renovation to present an updated image – and one which was worthy of the exposure it enjoyed adjacent a busy highway.

Understanding that the owners were budget-conscious, we designed an exterior which utilized simple materials – glass, metal siding, EIFS and steel – and transformed the exterior with simple textures and eye-catching forms.
